ORDERS: Orders are shipped worldwide. Orders are accepted if received by Internet under the terms and conditions of sale specified herein. Our relationships will be governed by DLGS 185/1999 which regulates distance contracts on the web. Each order will be confirmed by Lucy Plast SpA by email, indicating the total cost including transport, where required, and the method of payment via bank transfer.
PRICES: Prices quoted do not include VAT and any shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed or explicitly offered. Prices are valid for ready goods and may vary at our sole discretion. Freight charges are calculated when the order is placed, based on the weight and volume of the material ordered. Unless otherwise stated, all sales prices of the Products are expressed in Euro (excluding VAT and to be applied on the basis of the country of destination and on the basis of the relevant international regulations) net of any contribution and may be subject to updates.
TAX CODE - VAT NUMBER: Based on the publication of Law No. 248 of August 4, 2006, (conversion of Decree-Law No. 223 of July 4, 2006), which reinstated the obligation to submit customer/supplier annexes already for the year 2006, the new rules for inclusion in the order of the Tax Identification Number (C.F.-P.I.) are as follows:
- Companies: Enter the Tax Identification Number (mandatory) and VAT Number, if different
- Individual Companies: Indicate the Tax Code of the Owner (mandatory) and the VAT No. (mandatory)
- Individuals: we do not accept orders for private customers.
DELIVERIES: If expressly indicated by you in the online order that LucyPlast must provide transportation costs and manage delivery, LucyPlast will use couriers suitable for the provision of the service both in Italy and throughout the world. The cost of shipping is calculated in the order form sent via email. In case it is not possible to fulfill the order due to unavailability of some products, we will inform our customers via email within the next 24 business hours. If the goods cannot be delivered due to unavailability of the recipient or for other reasons not attributable to us or the courier, all additional costs of transportation, storage, packaging, various expenses, will be charged to the buyer.
VIRTUAL WEIGHT: In the pages of the site and in the order confirmation you will find for some products (indicated with the abbreviation PV) the virtual weight in kg for transportation purposes, as calculated by the Couriers. Not the actual weight but the virtual weight for transportation purposes.
COMPLAINTS: Any claims for damage or tampering during transport must be contested directly and in writing to the courier. Any other claims for goods sold by us must be received in writing, quoting the number and date of the accompanying document, within 8 days of receipt. After this deadline, the complaint can no longer be upheld.
PAYMENTS: By Advance or Deferred Bank Transfer, will be defined by Lucy Plast SpA in the order confirmation sent via email. Bank Checks, cash on delivery, cash or Circular Checks are not accepted.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: The right of withdrawal does not apply for purchases to the Entrepreneurial or Professional activities (sales with invoice and VAT number).
RETURNS: In sales between our Company and professional buyers for whom Law No. 21 of February 21, 2014 does not apply, it is possible to agree to the return of purchased material only after specific written approval of our Company. Defective products are accepted for replacement, provided that they are in their original packaging complete with manuals and any accompanying accessories, shipped carriage paid, in appropriate outer packaging where our return authorization number will be prominently displayed. To obtain the return authorization number send e-mail customercare@lucy-plast.it indicating the date of purchase, invoice number or other sales document and defect found. Replacements or credits are subject to technical verification of returns, possibly by the manufacturer. Any shipments freight collect and without return authorization will be rejected. The mere willingness to return a purchased product without the presence of any defect in form or other circumstance is subject to the approval of our company and is subject to a non-refundable cost calculated in a range of values between €50 and €200 depending on the material in question, due to order preparation, packaging and shipping costs: no return shipping costs will be refunded.
